Can anyone ID the hair used in this mod?

I already found out as to where did the original author get the clothes for it, but I'm a bit puzzled as to the hair.

Tried it, but as per this thread (http://modthesims.info/showthread.php?p=3778034) it doesn't seem to work at all. Must be due to how the author whittled it up or something.
