I have been struggling with this bald spot on this hair. In CAS, there is no bald spot and it looks perfect, but in game, if I am far enough away, there is a huge bald spot.
The bone is assigned to HeadNew.

you can see wat it is in the screenshot.
The layer that is supposed to lay underneath is on top?

Sorry, I'm a bit confused. Would it be the problems with the scalp? If so, how would I go about fixing it?

looking at the screenshots you best rearrange wich layer comes first, they now cross eachother on 2 points.

This is the UV Map of my hair with the multiplier.
I don't have the parts where the scalp is separated from the hair. Should I delete this current scalp and redo it?

i dont think it is the uvmap, i think its the meshparts not layered correctly

That could be the problem with your lower lod's. Is that converted hair or have you made it yourself?
Besides that, I see that your hair has transparency problems, which means that your hair layers (mesh groups) are regrouped in the wrong order. See this tutorial for fixing it:

The bald spot is gone. :)
Also, Elexis, this is a custom hair mesh. :bunny:
Sadly, the transparency issues are atrocious. Since everything has been regrouped together, I'm going to have to redo the hair again and see if I can fix the transparency of the hair.

You don't need to redo the mesh, it's easier to regroup it manually selecting face by face each layer and then regrouping it. If it's high poly hair with many layers, then redoing the hair may be the easier option.

i still think updating how the layers are organized will fix this issue, it is so obvious imo
You must have noticed that the underlaying layer is poking through?
