Skin Tone / Subaxi Stuff. Where can I find?

Hello,
I have a question for people who like to download stuff (wich is basicly almost everyone)
I´m looking for a skin tone for sims 3, not any skin tone, a skin tone like these:

Unfortunatly these are not available for download.

Do you know a skin tone similar to these?

Is there a way for people to get acess to Subaxi stuff? (blog is broken)
