Wcif - Hair!!! Mod!!!!

Hello, I'm looking for three things.
One is a hair that is on one of the pics at RUSTY NAIL's site and I think that it looks amazing. But I can't seem to find it.
Next I need to find another hair/hat. It can just be this type of hat if you want, I don't mind if the hat is an accessory which is a seperate mesh from the hair. If you can find a hat with the hair attached like the one in the picture then that would be greatly appreciated. Could you also please not and direct me to pay sites, these paysites are fine though as I'm a member: Newsea & TSR
The last thing that I'm looking for is Twallan's master controller (Sorry if I got the name wrong, I'm such a dumb ass!) You know the one lets you go in and out of CAS when your in game.
