CC missing after installing Store World

i bought Lunar Lakes and i noticed as i was making a sim all my cc , hair, clothes, etc were gone.
Also gone was my more magic and my Africa Inspiration Collection . Is it that for lunar lakes you can't play these items or something broken somewhere? thank you for help! :)

You probably did something wrong. Check your Mods/Packages. I doubt the installation of the world could have broke your CC like that.

ty :) i will Everything was working fine till i downloaded the new world everything worked but my cc and i redownload my magic and africa stuff and now they that is there still no clothes, accerories, some hairs are there not all. I am going to search all the folders good though just in case thank you for your help

I checked all my mods and downloads everything seems to be in order. I just can't understand what happned? i was playing my file in bridgeport with all my cc stuff. I saved my current bridgeport game closed game , downloaded lunar lake. I proceeded to play game works fine at first play some of my other ea stuff i just downloaded(magic and african theme stuff) were not there. I went back to launcher and redownloaded both things they show up now. However my cc stuff doesn't, just some hairs. I go to my bridgeport game and all the stuff i had in cc there has been replaced. I dont know what happened or what i did wrong. All i did was download the new world :cry: thanks for your :help:

Damaz, are the missing items Sims3Packs you installed or packages in your mods folder?

If they were Sims3Packs then it's likely that one of your DCCache files became corrupted, so that the game couldn't read some of the files you installed. I would recommend to always backup the DCCache folder before installing through the Launcher.

If they are package files, then it's possible your resource.cfg is missing; if you save a world with items missing then they may not show up again once restored.
