I have a Macbook Pro:

Macbook Pro 13
Early 2011

Processor 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Graphics Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB
Software Mac OS X Lion 10.7.3 (11D50)

My problem is that objects and textures are loading too slow.
Can someone help me?

I found this video.

that is basically what is going on with my game. But it takes longer than that. It takes like 5 to 10 seconds to load

General - Integrated Graphics
The reason for your issue is that your computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements to play TS2/TS3.
In particular, you don't actually have a graphics card - you have integrated graphics, which is just a chip on your motherboard. Most laptops come with integrated graphics, as do some desktops; and while salesmen often claim that integrated graphics chips are just as good as real graphics cards, they're not.

Integrated graphics chips are designed for people who just use their computers to read email, type up documents, and play minesweeper - they are not suitable for high stress games like TS2/TS3. At the very least, playing TS2/TS3 with integrated graphics will mean the game looks terrible; at the worst, you could permanently damage your computer.
If you have integrated graphics, the other requirements - particularly minimum processor speed - go up to compensate. You can see the increases here (http://sims2wiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:System_Requirements), under "If you have a non-T&L capable video card...".

This FAQ contains tips on things you can do to improve your gameplay, and prolong the life of the integrated chip: Game Help:Onboard Graphics

Known issue - no workaround though - that is the way the game engine is coded to load graphics.

But the fact that that MacBookPro does not have a proper graphics card does not help the situation at all. You may expect performance to get worse over time with more lags and such as the Save game gets bigger.

Doing the stuff in the Stickies on the main Help page may help some, but generally if you have Pets (or all packs up to the last Stuff Pack) and patched up to the last 1.29 patch, it is no longer advisable to play Sims on Integrated Graphics. Especially if you need that laptop for school/work.

Oh, and welcome to MTS, BTW! :bunny:
