Data Execution Prevention problem

So according to CLA my game keeps crashing because of the data execution prevention but I've excluded the sims ( I have all eps) and my game is fully updated, but CLA says it keeps crashing because of the data execution prevention. I also removed all of my mods and custom content. As well as restarted my computer. I also don't have any saved games. I also have windows 7 and is 64 let me know if you need anymore info.

Which executable did you enter into DEP exactly? And starting the game with this same exe or still using Launcher?
Is Origin installed?

This is with clean user folders?
At what point does the crash occur? First loading bar? After choosing the Town? When switching from CAS/Buy/Build mode to Live Mode?
What changed before all the crashing started? Just patched; installed an addon; updated Origin, Windows system, drivers, Security (Antivirus, Firewall, Antimalware, whatever) suite; installed new CC, etc; if others, please clarify?
There is so much more to crashing than just what CLA is able to report.

Do you get any error messages from the TS3 application itself? What does it say?

Ran through all the suggestions in Game_Help:TS3_Load_Issues#Crashing, like updating drivers, etc?

I entered TS3.exe into DEP
I'm still using the launcher
I used origin to download all but the base game
My game crashes about three to five minutes into having made a CAW sim and moving them in
I patched the game as each ep was installed. I recently just re installed origin
My windows system is 7 and I use Intel. I'm not sure which drivers I use. But My antivirus and firewall if they are the same are McAfee and avast but I just realized I've had my firewall turned off for maybe about a month.
I don't have any cc.
I did get a message saying it was my cc so I deleted/uninstalled all of it.
So other then the DEP message the only other message I get is unknown.

It should be TS3W.
You need to bypass Launcher. Instructions to do proper DEP and how to Bypass in Crashing link already posted above.
Not the error message given by CLA, but by the TS3 game itself!

If fixing the DEP tweak to use the correct exe and then bypassing Launcher still don't solve this for you, we can check drivers next. Instructions in the FAQ link in this post.

Oh ok thank you so much for the help. So my game wasn't crashing because of the DEP. So I'm downloading an updated driver have yet to see if it works. Just a side question as new patches come out could drivers become outdated? Or could have my drivers already been outdated? Thanks again for the help, at first I went to Origin and the person who "helped me" told me to call some number

So I'm pretty sure I installed a new driver. Intel Windows 7 (64 bit) Chipset 4 Family and it didn't work. Also if it helps before I added my mods my cousin played the game on my laptop since I recently installed the game and she was able to play for a good hour I think. It did crash on her but it was a black screen crash (I think). But last night I uninstalled the game both base game and eps, and re installed all but late night using the disk. But it's still crashing (the crash I described first time)

You say intel, that sounds like integrated graphics, which can cause crashing. What are your specs?

Graphics drivers and patches are totally separate. Drivers become outdated when new drivers come out - that's controlled by the manufacturers, not by EA. :)
How/from where did you download that new driver?

Sorry to say it, but that computer really isn't up to playing TS3, especially not if you have EPs installed. Your processor is reasonable, but you don't have enough RAM or a graphics card. If you want to play on that computer, I'm afraid you're going to have to live with crashing - and you should be aware that you'll be wearing the components out very, very quickly. Sorry it's not better news!

It's alright, it explains why my game would crash so often even before all of this happened. Just out of curiosity what would be a nice graphics card and RAM card to get for my laptop? I'm in college so I can't afford much, but I'm also studying to become a motion graphic designer so something to fit those needs would be great. My cousin could install them for me. Or would it be cheaper for me to just buy a new laptop if so what PC should I save up for. I could use a mac but all of my sims games and my recently bought adobe production premium are for PC. That laptop can take up to 4GB RAM, but it looks like you probably already have 4GB - integrated graphics use up some of the system RAM, so 3GB of system RAM plus 1GB used by the integrated graphics is likely how it's set up. The graphics can't be upgraded, which is usually the case for laptops.

If you want to buy a new computer, that's an option. The cheapest solution would be to buy a desktop to play Sims on, and keep that laptop for college/work/whatever. If you really want a gaming laptop, be prepared to pay about 150%-175% of the price of an equivalent desktop. Don't buy a Mac. They're the most expensive type of computer you can get, TS3 doesn't work properly on them, and they can't be upgraded.

You'll need a computer which meets the minimum requirements - bear in mind that the requirements to play with EPs are higher than the basegame requirements: Game Help:TS3 System Requirements. New models are coming out too fast to keep track of, so we don't have specific model recommendations. You will find useful information at www.notebookcheck.net - but look at the reviews rather than the big table of "Can laptop x play game y", since that table only considers TS3 basegame and not the EPs. If you decide to get a desktop and you have a willing friend, you can save a packet by buying components and putting them together yourself - think about that, decide on desktop versus laptop, and if you have specific questions about particular components or models, we'll be happy to help. :)

Thank you so much you've been a lot of help. And thanks for being so patient with me, I'm trying to understand all of the hardware and software components in a computer and for the sims and it's taking me a little while to figure it all out. On a side note I typed in the best laptop for motion graphic designers into google and I got this HP EliteBook 8730w KS068UT 17.0-Inch Notebook PC(Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, 2.26 GHz, 3 MB L2 Cache, 1066 MHz FSB, Windows Vista Business). I know that this is kind of vague but does it sound like a good laptop to save up for?
