WCIF A Hair Size Slider

It seems to me that back when The Sims 3 first came out (last I played it...XD) I had a custom slider that allowed me to change the size of some of the custom hairs so they would fit a sim's head better. If this slider even exists/still works, where can I find it or if possible, something similar. Thanks!

aWT made a hat slider, though it wouldn't work on many hairs (it would on some short hairs). I believe that's no longer available.

I'm also searching it. EA hairs don't come with standard size. Some hair are huge and tall.
