option relation/engage/marriage dont show up

The bug to marry, move in or engage foreign sims is famous under simsplayers. So i had the same issue.

My sim woman wanted to have her frenchlover moved in in her apartment. The option didnt appear, i saw this option one time when i was in french and they were barely friends, but after they felt in love i never saw that option again.

now i used the cheat 'testingcheatsenabled' and add him to my household. It works fine i guess.

My new plan was to engage and get married since they are living together, but that option dont show up. Also they dont have a realtionship, cause also that option dont shop up. They know everything about eachother and their connection is full.

What can i do? if theres really no other option, wich hack or cheat can i use?

I used Twallan's Master Controller and assigned them to be spouses.

Btw am i wrong or when u ask someone to move in (the usual way, without cheats) that member will add money to ur household, right?
So since my sims are living together in the same household, but not married, is there a change that when they get married with this hack, ill still get the money?

nope i didnt get the money... btw i dont know if its cause of the hack but i got the option to have a relationship, get engaged and get married but because i gave them a row full of romantic interactions

You do need to have done enough romantic interactions to get to "Extremely irresistible" before the relationship options appear, even without the hack.
