Im having a trouble installing a cc world

hi i downloaded the lunar lakes world as a sim3pack and i don't know how to convert it to a package or to be more specific i don't know where to place the converted world plz plz plz help me :cry:

You can't convert worlds to packages. They must be installed as sims3packs.

When you said you DL it, does it mean from store? Are you using mac?

When you patched your game, did you use the launcher or DL a manual patch? I encountered same problem back then, as I remember someone told me that sometimes the patch is missing something from the DL (from the launcher), and recommend me to use a patch downloader... http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=409829
