I'm attempting to make an XML tuning increasing the odds of sims having multiples, and I'm wondering where the hell the relevant XML is. Answers like "It's in the beginning/middle/end of the list, between X and Y files" are appreciated.

Hi, if you're using s3pe, open GameplayData.package. Use Tools/Search and type in "twins" into the search term box. That gets you two xmls that deal with such things. One of them deals with chance of multiple births. To quickly go to a resource found in the search, double click on it in the search results list.

Thank you Inge. I do use the wonderful S3PE, and I am still much unaware of its features. The large list of XML files kind of overwhelmed me, but search makes everything better.

Also, if you download and install Notepad++ (it's small and free) you can export everything in the GameplayData.package to its own folder (ctrl+a, right click, export to, and make a folder for all the files). Then open one of the files in Notepad++ and use the Find in Files option (ctrl+shift+f). Just tell it what directory to search. This is really nice for viewing multiple resources at once.
You can also tell S3PE to use Notepad++ by clicking on Setting and going to External Programs. It will then open resources with Notepad++ when you use the "Text Editor" option.
