Sam Tsui's Sims for Sims 2

Hi everyone !

I hope you can help me because i'm pretty lost right now...I'm trying to find some pieces (hairs, skin..or whathever) than can match with this guy (he's a singer on youtube)

So that him, his name is Sam Tsui by the way....so whatever...I try my best to do a skin...but all I did was that...and it's too yellow I think...but I think I should use a better base, a lighter one, because the one I use was kind of darkish.

So far, I work on the skin, I will try to do the hair after that if I'm not finding some before.

You have to post some base game pictures because the one you have taken in BodyShop is too dark and too far away. It looks to me like an ordinary sim without hair and clothes.
And you are right saying that his skin looks quite yellow. ;)

He looks a little whiter than the skin you've made, I would try toning it down a bit. Maybe you can take a more realistic skin from another creator and use that as a base. (As long as you give proper credit, and as long as they allow you to do so.) Is that all your working on right now, the skin?

It looks still really "Maxis-style". Try - as Nymphy01 said - to use a costum skin tone and to use textures of his real face for your sim. You could try to make a nose mask for example or a realistic looking lipstick. You can also put these photo textures on the face mask which comes with the exported skin tone. Your sim looks quite asian. Even if the the real Sam does a little bit you should make you sim look more western like (right expression??). You could create a costum make up for him (e.g. eyelashes or a realistic eye shadow to create realistic eyelids).
I would like to give you some advise for your next post here: As I said a both, please post in-game shots. You can also use CAS-shots because (I think so) there is no difference between the look of your sim in CAS and in game like in TS3. You should take a photo in a lighten up room with some white or light colored walls and your sim should have a neutral expression. Please add to every screenshot a picture of the celeb you try to model your sim on with a neutral expression as well.
