I recently installed Sims 3 in my PC, after i loaded the Sunset Valley, the FPS is at 30-50, then at CAS, its very high! around 60! :faceslap:
So, I heard that if the FPS is above 30, it can melt the Graphic Card...
Is that true? if so, How to make the FPS go down to 30?
:help: :help: :help:
Sorry if my English is confusing...

60 is not "very high" - in fact, you want your FPS to be at -least- 35 as that's about at the level that the human eye/brain will interpret it as smooth animation. I remain unconvinced about the whole FPS limiting thing for 99% of graphics cards - as long as your graphics card has reasonable cooling and is not in danger of wearing out anyway, I don't think it's an issue (I've never used it, and my graphics card is fine). In any case, as 60 is not outrageously high at all, you have nothing to worry about. :)
