Sims 3 Download Organizer?

Hello!

I have done some poking around and I was hoping to find a visual organizer to sort my Sims 3 downloads.

I was hoping there was a program out there that would allow you to see your Sims 3 downloads (hair, makeup, clothes, furniture, etc) and let you delete them if you wish.

I did some Googling and didn't see anything - poked around on here and nothing either.

Did I just miss it or has it simply not been created yet? I found one for the Sims 2, but no luck on 3
