Place a venue in showtime

How do you place a venue after you already started the game. They asked in the beginning. I hadn't decided where I want them. It also didn't tell me the size of them. So I know where to place them. Then when I went into edit mode later the option was not there. Any help will be appreciated.

They should be in the lots and houses bin under community lots. Or at least they were for me when I went back and placed the large stadium after being unable to find a lot big enough.

I copied them from the town and placed them in my town. I hate building. I am looking forward to when someone makes smaller venue. 30x55 is so random.
