One EP at at time, how would you do it?

I tried a site search, but could not find an answer to this question. If you have it, just link me, then have a good day.
I have OFB. I recently got a bargain bin Seasons. I want to play each EP individually. Apparently there are two methods I've never done before. First is an any game starter. What is that? Second is multiple installs, maybe multiple users under WinXP or Win7 . These methods are doable without a major investment of skills. But I've not done it before. I want to ask the community, what's the best way to play one EP at a time?

The simplest method is with the AnyGameStarter. I've never tried your second method and I have no idea whether it works. I thought that EPs and SPs were installed for all users on a system, rather than for an individual user.

Note that it will not work with the later Collection packs, such as "Best of Business Collection, "Fun with Pets Collection", and "University Life Collection".
