What's your favorite lifespan?

What lifespan do you use in your gameplay?

I use Long but I shorten the toddler and baby all the way down to 3 days, shorten the child down to ten days, the teen down to twenty days. I like the long adult and young adult years.

I think I'm currently playing with babies down at 2 days, toddlers at 5, with kids and teenagers being given the extra days.

I use the epic life span....but I do shorten the baby and toddler life spans. I can't stand babies [in the sims].

I didn't know that you could set the babies life spans at zero. What happens with that?

Young adult is my favorite. That's when my sims are the most uninhibited. Currently, I'm using the long lifespan with custom settings--4 days for babies, 12 for tots, 16 for kids, 24 for teens, 40 for both young adult and adult, and 24 for elders. (I'm still thrilled about being able to choose our own lengths.)

I have mine on normal lifespan but used the option sliders to reduce the toddler stage and added the time to the Young Adult stags. Toddlers irritate me, so I reduced the time they're toddlers.
