Ok, so this is a kind of different challenge, because it's a bit of a contest too. What I want you guys to do is to make a beautiful family, then pose them in some gorgeous shots which you can enter and see if you win. But it's not just a prize-giving thing, this is for anybody who want to test it out. It will be hard, because guess what? NO CUSTOM CONTENT!!! Yes. I said it. You must make a beautiful family, without downloading skintones, or hair, or clothes. Nothing. Except of course your pose packages for the photos, but that is all. If you have anything that you think should be an exception please post it here. The rules are as follows;

The family must consist of one mother, a father and at least two children. If you want elders, or extra kids of any age that's fine, but no pets.
You need to have a group shot of the entire family if you are entering, and if you want the specialist award you need a close up of what you believe to be the most beautiful sim.
Any non-entries are also welcome here, but you must say if its being entered or not, because otherwise you might not be entered and could have won!
Please dont make any appropriate pictures. They must be wearing clothes whether you like it or not, but these mustn't be custom clothes.
Don't complain about the rules or post that this challenge is stupid, because it will do no one any good.
Unfortunately this is not a contest so you won't win any blue ribbons, but you will win kudos and the admiration of your fellow mod the simmers.
This I have to say is a pretty difficult challenge, agreeing or disagreeing is up to you. But I won't tolerate people who somehow get round the no-customs-rule and use them, thinking that no one will notice. Just don't even bother entering if you can't follow a couple of simple rules.
Finally, please don't argue about my decisions on the winners. It won't just go by the actual sim, but also the photo and the way it has been taken. You may tweak the pics and add effect, but they all must end up at 1000 x 700, which I think is the screenshot size for a pic in TS3, please correct me if I am wrong.

This is it. The contest goes like this;

You must follow all above rules, which are in bold. So you have to make a family, which in your opinion look beautiful, and capture them in a group shot, somewhere either in their home, outside or on a plain backdrop. It's totally up to you. Once you have them in poses (custom or not), and not in custom clothing, take the picture and post it here. You can add effects and tweak them, as long as they end up 1000 x 750. Bearing in mind that the way this has been effected and set will help (or not) you to win. This would be entering the general comp, and also the family contest. You may enter that a maximum of three times. Then you'd pick out the most beautiful (in your opinion) and snapshot them in a close-up, showing off their bone-structure or whatever. This would be entering you into the Close-up Comp. You may only enter this twice. If you really want to widen your chances of a win, go for the 'bonding time contest', where you have a parent and a child in a shot together, both looking stunning. You can enter this twice maximum. Please follow these rules, if you don't by accident I'll correct you, if you make a mistake loads of times, I'll block you from entering. Please don't let this happen and sorry if I'm not allowed to make my own contest in a challenge foum. x

I think the sticky in this forum, "Contest or Challenge?" (http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=366363), makes it pretty clear that what you're describing is a contest. There are no scoring rules, there's a judge, people can't play without posting on the thread - and so on. :) As I guess you know, we have a forum for Contests, which you are more than welcome to post this contest in if you qualify (see the info in the contest forum to find out if that's the case). If you don't qualify yet, join a few contests - they'll give you ideas of how to make your own ever better. :)

Locking, since this isn't a challenge.
