CC not showing up in sims 3.

I have only the base game version 1.32.3.015017, and my cc isn't showing up. I have a custom accesory, and 3 non-default skintones. the accesory shows up, but the skins don't. does someone have something i could install to make the skins show up? (preferably in a .zip format?) :faceslap:

I think it just may be the ui, because i can't find a UI mod for non-defaults, and when the custom skins go in the downloads folder, CAS goes into full-on glitch mode. Does someone have a UI mod for non-default skins that works with my game version?

If you have a mouse with a scrollwheel, you don't need any mod.
And skins come in .package format. It does not go in the Downloads folder!
