Currently I'm playing Misty Springs, but this happens in all lots.
I would likt to bulldoze a 64x64 lot and place two (or even three) smaller lots. I bulldoze the existing building and then bulldoze the lot. The lot is flat and smooth with no obstructions. Every time I try to place a lot get 1.) cannot place on non-roundable terrain 2.) Cannot place on existing lot 3.) Cannot place on street. These are close but not exactly, but close enough that you get the idea.
I should be able to place two 30x30 lots on an old 64x64 lot with room to spare, but the game never allows this. Am I missing something here? Is there a trick that will change this? THANKS!
