Object/Item test room?

Has anyone built or made such a room for testing modifications or items? Like a totally white room to see if things work out fine or if there are any texture problems.

I'm not quite sure what your getting at. Are you looking for someone to share such a building? If so, then WCIF would be better suited. However, this is something that you (or anyone) can do in about 5 seconds and would be rather pointless to share.
