How make apartments work properly in other worlds?

I just installed Showtime and I wanted my sim to live in an apartment in Starlight Shores so I put one there, but for some reason she can only buy the most expensive one, the cheapest option isn't there.

Anyone know why?

Apartments don't rely on world types at all, and from what I remember, only one single apartment room is livable in Sims 3 apartments anyway? That expensive one is the only option because that's how Apartments work. Right? I don't remember! :'(

Oh, I always thought all the apartment complexes contained one cheap and one expensive penthouse apartment. Haha, if that's the case that there's only one apartment in the shells then there's no wonder I only got that expensive one. I'll try putting more buildings in and see if I can get a cheaper option! Thanks!

Yup... no more than one apt per lot. THere are cases in BP where the same shell is used on more than one lot with different apartments, though. You can also download some nice ones :)
