I'm trying to make a sim that looks like heather o'rourke
and for that I need her poltergeist3 suit to be as in the movie

now I have the recolor on both toddler sleepwear
and child underwear so that the color she wears in the scene
does show but my problem nr.1 is
how do I get the bottom part of the leg in
toddler mode to go smooth like the one on the child ?
(and I want the fatness to stay in the suit)
and how do I refit that result to the bigger child?

also in the neck I need the white part not to be flat like it is now
so that is the nr.2 problem
but the leg and refit are most important

can someone point me in the right direction please

picture included to show what I mean

All your questions have to do with meshing. You'll need to use techniques like Frankensteining, age converting, and vertex/normal manipulation. What you're asking for is a lot of work; if you're a meshing beginner, you'll probably want to put this project on hold for a while... at least until you've had more practice making meshes.

I thought that too (about the questions part)

as a mesher I'd be a level 0 beginner as this is the first time on a moving dynamic object
DOOM level designing made me aware of vertex manipulation but that was just static

I am glad to hear that my having a hard time figuring out how was not coming completely from me
and that it is possible to do

I will of course try to use the technique you suggest if I can find the description of it
and for the aging as you say, consider that 'on hold' until I know how to do it

found the links I needed to follow so, thanks for the name of it
also found the aging thing (same place)

:faceslap: just my luck it's level4 advanced what I want to do

Just start at the beginning. Learning to mesh takes some time, but once you know what you're doing, you can make all sorts of things! :)

yes well at the moment I just make a book out of all those tutorials I have to run
so I don't need to go outside the program to check those
and to not kill my computer while doing this

last time I checked what the next step should be (from the tutorial pages), simpe got stuck in the activity
(that is not a problem that you can help with)

I'll be checking back here when I finished the toddler parts (so any and all comments will not be read until that day)
