Ok, in my defense I haven't played sims2 since sims3 was released and now I can't find the burglar alarm. We have them right? I remember the looking like sims3 alarms and being under electronics. I just can't find it!

Please help and feel free to call me an idiot. :wtf:

And I wouldn't call anybody an idiot. I forget where things are that I haven't used for awhile, all the time - it isn't always remotely intuitive.

I keep forgetting it's in electronics and I look in the Misc where the sprinkler is thinking it'll be there as well. So even long time players forget where certain things are on a daily basis while coping with the massive amount of cc placement in the catalog we have to remember.

Yes the sims2 is the fun side of sims for sure. Playing it again now I cannot believe I put up with the sims3 for so long. In this franchise older is definitely better. WHOO HOO for sims2!
