(Solved) Infinite "Processing" Loop When Editing Big Lots

Hello,

Attempts to Fix:
--I tried the half and half method, but that didn't work.
--Removing all CC works, but only because there's hardly anything left on the lot

Problem:
--Whenever I attempt to place a large lot (ie. either has a lot of content or is a 60x60 lot), the game will freeze during the processing screen. I even waited overnight, and no progress. I also tried placing a 60x60 lot which has only EA content and it still freezes.

--I also can't place 60x60 lots on empty 64x64 lots. :blink: A crazy bug, perhaps? The game tells me the lot is too big lol


This all started happening when I upgraded to the pets patch.

Can you place a 60x60 lot which has only EA content if you create a fresh set of user files and run CC free?

Nope -- that would freeze, too.

I actually fixed my problem, though. But thanks for helping. :luff:

I had to clean my registry. Now my whole computer is running faster and the game has zero lag now!
