Question About Custom Content With Mesh Included

I have searched and searched this topic. I am not sure if this is the correct place to ask if not I apologize and please direct me to the section. I downloaded some custom content that said the mesh was included. I want to make some stencils for a couple of tops. I already read about the stencils no problem with that. My issue is how do I find the mesh for the custom content that clearly states the mesh is included.

Well the mesh should be inside the package or Sims3pack you downloaded. Did you download as a .sims3pack or .package?

One was a package file and one was a sim3pack
