When you install a new EP and there are new lots, the game prompts you to place them when you start a game in an older world. When you do this, you can place the lots- community or otherwise- on ANY empty lot, whether it's marked Residential or Community. You can also place them on community lots that already have things on them.
Is it possible at all to apply this coding to the regular lot placement, so you can put any kind of lot on any kind of empty lot and it automatically changes the lot type? Or so you can put lots on occupied lots and it automatically bulldozes?
