WCIF a wagon wheel for making wagons and caravans?

I'm trying to make something like a gypsy caravan. I found a link to a wagon wheel made for this on a sims 3 blog, but the link was broken and I can't find anything like this anywhere! Does anyone know where I can find a wagon wheel, please? :help:

I have a quick building question--

how would you make the floor "float" (without the foundation) so that looks like it's being held up by wheels?

the only way ive found is to build a "frame" of foundations, 1 bigger than you want. you then put the floor in the gap in the middle, delete the foundation and voila! floating floor! :bunny:
