How can i make a flag for sims 3?

hello! i want to make a flag for the world i'm making, i did see many fags replacements, but i want to make my own flag, i made it in "PAINT" but now i want to put it in the flagpole for replace the original flag to my new flag.
How can i do it? i don't have made any object for the sims.

(sorry if i have a bad english, i'm trying to not use the translator :D )This shouldn't be too difficult to do. The wiki tutorial on it shows outdated pictures of the tools but otherwise looks about right. The big difference being rather than overwriting the protest sign image you're wanting to overwrite the plumbobFlag_0x639ac695b7ce9152 which is also located in FullBuild2.
