No seeds/fruit?

Hi~ :D

So my Sim just took a lesson in Gardening in Starlight Shores but when the lesson finished, no seeds appeared in my Sims' inventory.
And there are no seeds to be found in Starlight Shores...

Also, I don't seem to be able to purchase any fruit/vegetables from the supermarket. The only thing that shows up when I send my Sim to the supermarket is fish...
(I tried this Bridgeport too but I still have the same problem).

Anyone know a solution or what might be the cause of this?
