my sim can't use the phone

Hi folks
[ sorry for the bad english] with the expansion "showtime",
my sim can't use the phone or talking with other sims otherwise everything go right
with the game.
So i wonder what's going wrong :blink:
If someone can help me i will be very very happy :D
