Cross-eyed kids

Larvae are larvae, but as soon as toddlers develop from them they are always cross-eyed. So are the children. So are some (but not all) teens. No adults are ever cross-eyed.

At least, this is how it goes in all of "my" TS3 families. Is this normal ("normal") or not?

Might be. I am still waiting for bearded women to appear, though. With them, a ton of gnomes and backward moving horses (already got those) I can surely start a circus of my own.

Perpetually cross-eyed, or every now-and then?

My adult sims go cross-eyed all the time, but not permanently.

My toddlers - teens are always cross eyed when they age up, but it goes away shortly after the birthday.

Yep, my kids are always crossed-eyed, too. It last for several minutes right after they age up, then someone smacks them on the back of the head and they go back to normal. (Ok, the slapping part doesn't happen, but that would be awesome).

Yep, I have the same problem, its pretty annoying when trying to take birthday pictures ;P Fortunately it only lasts a minute or two!

Happens to me too. It's kind of annoying but funny too.


One time, my triplets aged up to teens and all three had the cross-eyed thing. Two of them snapped out of it after about 5 real life minutes. The other one never did, even after aging up... No idea what happened there. She wasn't like that before she turned into a teen.
From then on, she was the one who was "gifted". She killed one of her sisters by leaving the stove on while there was food in it, causing a house fire, because she wanted to watch a turtle...

My favorite simmie finally had a baby with her husband, but to my surprise, their daughter turned out with crossed eyes as a toddler! D: But she grew out of it... I actually thought it was kinda cute...
