How can I set downloaded eyes to replace the defaults?

I'm sorry if this is a stupid question. If this doesn't belong here, please move it, :)

I want to download some new eyes and a lot of them say they're "Default Replacements". Do I need to do anything in-game or in my files to make them work in my game?

Nope, just download and install them as usual. Remember that you can only have one set of default replacements installed at once. :)
