Currently I am in the process of resetting Pleasantview. And everything has been going smoothly. However, I have TS2 Double Deluxe, and since my custom neighborhood and the seasons one only show up in that folder, not ts2 folder, I deleted the one from that folder. So, first question, is that okay? Afterwards, I went onto my computer and tried to find program files. It wasn't there, so I looked under shared documents. There's an EA games file but it's empty. I tried looking in my EA games folder in my documents but there is no folder that says TSdata. Right now, I am completely lost. (I apologize if there is a question like this, I only did a quick scan. If there is one, please tell me where to find it).

Your Program Files folder is usually found at C:\Program Files. Your TSData folder is usually found at C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2\TSData, or a similar location in any of your EP installations.

One way to find the location on your computer is to look at the properties for the shortcut that you use to start the game.

Which operating system are you using (Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7)? Some operating systems hide folders by default and some operating systems will not allow you to modify the Program Files folder.

Right click on the shortcut that you use to run the game and choose Properties from the context menu. The Properties window will contain the installation location.
