I Don't Have Generations So How Do I Do This?

I am not able to use the Movie Maker's cheats so how can add Controllable NPCs to a residential lot to make a Sim video?

I wish the cheat that comes in Generations would be added to a patch or should be in the base game from the beginning, :cry: Oh, well....

Also, I am not able to find any animations hacks, not pose boxes, but movie maker animationss modded/object etc. I have searched this entire site and must have missed it.

The only thread I found was it was impossible to do (make an animations hack/object/mod) but that was as far back as 2009.

I don't know about the movie maker cheats, but Twallan has an animation mod that allows you access to all the animations in game. You just click on the Sim and pick an animation and they can do it once, or in a loop, or a bunch of different settings.

Thank You! I will try that. I so wish the cheat in Generations was available in base game. I am having a problem getting Sims to the home lot (only allowed 8 to live there). The cheat allows more (I think) and allows you to change their clothes and control Sims that don't live there. But thanks, I will take a look at that Mod and keep searching.

You definitely need to take a look at Twallan's mods. Almost everything you said can be done with them. =)

MasterController will be another big help to you.

I can't remember which one the "more than 8" is in, might be MC or StoryProgression.

Just read through some of them and pick and choose the ones you'd like to use!
