May have accidentally deleted downloads?

Okay, so I was in the process of downloading inteenimator. And while I was extracting the file, my mouse must have slipped or something, because now I have no downloads folder! Any idea on where to look? Also, if there is a question like this, please give me the link.

Did you check the recycling bin?

If you have not saved a lot of stuff since you lost the download you can go to www.piriform.com/recuva. You can download the recuva for free and it is safe. It will recover the download file if you have not saved a lot of other stuff and overwritten it. It will walk you through the process. There will be a box on the right hand side of the screen that says filename or pathway and a drop down box. Don't use the drop down box, instead type in downloads. It will also ask if you want to recover to the same drive. click yes. If the file is recoverable it will tell you. The file will show up on your desktop.

Thanks guys. I was pretty sure it didn't get deleted, since my computer always gives me a "are you sure you want to send whatever to the recycling bin" message. I figured I probably dragged it up to a different folder and I was right.
