EAxis clothing in shower, don't know how to fix

Hi, I've had this problem for a while now. My sim had been showering in bad CC, I deleted said CC and other corrupted CC. Now it snapped back to EAxis default and I have no idea how to fix it, I've tried CTU and "plan outfit, default EAxis clothing, take a shower in each category" it hasn't worked.

By the way, there is no Never Nude trait

you might want to be sure you have a backup first, but did you try resetting the sim? ("resetsim _____" where you fill in the blank with your sim's name.)
