NPCs on my lot...?

I am looking for a mod, or something, that will deem a sim, or a group of sims, on my lot as NPCs. I want to have a group of sims together but only be limited to control one of them.

The last time I asked a question here I was directed to WCIF and I got no answers there. Well, I have searched the WCIF forums before posting this question, and found nothing, so I came here....again.

Get NRaas MasterController, MasterController Cheats (http://nraas.wikispaces.com/MasterController) (extra module for MC) and PortraitPanel (http://nraas.wikispaces.com/PortraitPanel). Use MasterController (you must also have MasterController Cheats to do it this!) to set the selectability: Click on the Sim, go to NRaas / MasterController / Advanced / Selectability

Then use the PortaitPanel filter to show Only Selectable sims.
