How do i create custom lot sizes?

Is it possible, and if so how, to create custom lot sizes (E.g. 1x1 lots)?

I would recommend aelflaed's 1x1 "Sunnyside" lots over MaryLou's, since they have the sun at the front of the lot, which makes for nicer game play and picture taking from the front of the lot:

She has both grass and desert lots, and both residential and community.

If you want a larger buildable space, you can use the LotAdjuster to shrink your lot, which gives you an additional buildable tile on each edge. Here's a tutorial which explains the process:

The LotAdjuster will allow you to create any sized lot, as long as it is a valid lot in the game. See my profile for the download link.
