I don't generally bother to post updates (no time) but this is my first world, it's taken me about 10 months to make.
http://www.parsimonious.org/worlds3/files/k8-world-westerberg.jpg
It is a very large world (about 3x the size of the EA worlds), it probably isn't suitable for anyone with a low or minimum spec computer BUT it does run well even at max population on my mediocre 3 year old laptop. If you do try it out and find it really lags badly I'd be grateful if you could let me know your system specs so I can put together an advisory for the download page when I start getting more feedback.
It requires World Adventures, Ambitions and Late Night. There are some lots which are a quick and easy convert for Generations (2 Churches - just add a wedding arch). Central Park South has a little grove with seating which would also be a nice place for a wedding arch.
For Pets users, the wild pet population is minimal, however the world does spawn unicorns and there's a reasonable quantity of minor pets albeit at a slightly slower rate than you'd get in EA's worlds. To mitigate against the high number of lots in the world, most are on the small side so aren't really suitable for horses, but there are several of the larger ones which have stable spaces designed, just add the stable object in the appropriate gaps! The large park in the village can fit the Equestrian Center RH well, if you bulldoze the existing park.
For Showtime, there is a replacement already available for Central Park North which has a stage rig:

Willowbury Farm and the Royal Opera House are also both designed to put Showtime Stages in, just delete the instruments and add the stages in the space laid out. A number of the nightclubs have spots for DJ Booths.
It's quite likely that I will post a few conversions lots over the coming weeks for other lot types like the stadium venue and the coffee house (there are a couple of city square hang-outs which would make great coffee house venues with a bit of editing).
It is a late night city, there are a fair number of food truck parking spots, so you should be able to find them in circulation without too much difficulty.
For bug reporting please email me via [email protected] or [email protected] - I don't know how fault free it is, I have tried my best but it seems unlikely I've caught every last thing!
Edit: Forgot to add, something that is not yet listed on the download page information (that's on my to-do list), is most of the car parks are decorative only to avoid the LN bug of cars spawning and causing the game to lag
