Rules.
Each entry must contain
A baby/toddler photo.
A headshot of the present sim.
A free picture.

The sim must be either a toddler, child, teen, adult or elder to enter.
*If the sim doesn't have a baby picture you must have to free pictues. :P

There's a Contests section for this sort of thing. Not sure what sort of rules you have to follow in order to post, though. You'd have to check.
