the sims 3 launcher can't connect to origin

I've had this problem for ages! i removed all my CC and deleted my CC but this problem won't solve!
Even though the game runs perfectly fine the launcher is still missed up! i really tried everything like uninstalling the base game and all EPs and SPs and Origin and i reinstalled them all :( and even my anti-virus system (Notron) seems like it doesn't have any problems with it. Help me please! :O

Do you have a separate Firewall application than the Norton Antivirus? If so, what is it? And both the Sims3LauncherW and Origin programs have permission to access the EA servers?

What patch version is the base game on?

And what is the Origin version?

Can your username be used to logged on at https://www.thesims3.com & the https://help.ea.com/ sites without any issues?

And i can access my account without any difficulties..
