Backing up my game?

Hi, fellow simmers.
I've got a situation. I've searched for info, but couldn't find anything.

So, I'm going to re-install my Windows on my laptop, and ofcourse I don't want to re-install my Sims with all the CC. Is any possibility that I could backup the whole game with CC and sims, lots etc.? I'm playing S2 with all Exp. and a few Stuff's.
