Help!

I am not sure what section this should be in but I was wondering if anyone has any ideas of making like sports jerseys using the CAS unitool. I have everything looking good from the design aspect and all, but when I apply the design/texture, the shirt is just one whole color and not the colors I chose. I am a bit of a noob with this program and how to use it, so if anyone has any ideas please comment. How would something like this be achieved?: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=361383. If the colours aren't showing up correctly, that means one of two things:
Either, your mask texture is wrong. All the relevant tutorials are pretty clear as far as how masks work, so I won't go into too much detail - I'll just point out that, obviously, if your mask is all one colour, the shirt will also be all one colour.
Secondly, you might have some colour channels disabled. When you're choosing colours in CTU, make sure you tick the Enabled box for each pattern, and untick Linked.
