I could've sworn I had this problem before, only it was a long, long time ago. Sorry if I've stuck this in the wrong place or something! XD

I've been trying for a good few hours to get my CC files working, but to no avail - none of them work at all. I recently reinstalled my base game and all of my EPs and downloaded new content. Building walls doesn't create glitter, and the intro doesn't show when I run the game. I've checked, double checked, treble checked - everything is in the right place and I've read through the FAQ section bunches of times, but nothing. Also tried deleting cache files, trying the game without CC and then with. My iMac has supported CC in the past without problems (well, without that many problems).

Here's the info I think you guys need:

I don't know if this will help you or not but most of the time when I extract the CC into my packages folder it doesn't show up in the game. Then I remember I need to go to the downloads dashboard in the game launcher to install it all into the game. I realize it's probably something you've already done but I thought I'd mention it.
