First, click on the Create menu. Look at the Creator Guidelines for the game (TS2 or TS3) and category you're wanting to upload to. Read everything thoroughly, look at all the pictures, and read any links.

When you fully understand the guidelines, our standards, and the info/pictures/files you need to upload, you can do "Upload Items" - also under the Create menu.
