WCIF Twallan's Animator for patch 1.21.123?

I cant find Twallan's Animator that is compatible with patch 1.21.123. There is only Phase 3 in the Nraas website. Is there an alternative for playing custom animations? Thank you so so much!

Why do you not ask on twallan's wiki? He may still have it and share it with you.

Sorry, I don't actually have versions that old available, otherwise I would have them archived at my site.

You are best served either updating to the latest Patch Level (the preferred solution in such cases), or asking another user to provide a copy.
