Vacation didn't appear as it should

I have Bon Voyage EP and several EP installed, but when i play my game, i can't create a vacation subhood, as if I am not installing Bon Voyage.

Any solution on that? Thanks in advance.

Is the option greyed out, or just not present? Are the BV outfits and objects in your game?
