Hi everyone!
I just recently downloaded many things off the Internet for my Sims to use as usual, but I discovered there were a whole bunch of Sims packages. (I don't want to click those one by one, it would take forever!) So, I went to my Sims2pack clean installer for help, but I discovered oddly enough I must have removed it from my computer, because it wasn't showing up anywhere. So I went online and I downloaded a new one, only to discover it wasn't working in this manner:
-I open it up and browse for my Sim download file, that's where most of my pack are. They all come up but it flashes oddly and there is no "Install now" button like there should be.
-I browse for other files that also contain packages, but the Pack installer says that nothings there. It only seems to appear under Sims 2 download file.
So now, I discovered it required .Net 2.0 , which i had problems downloading, so i went to an earlier version of The sims2pack clean installer that was up to date with my computer, and the same problem occurred, the only difference was the screen didn't flash anymore.
I am using a 64-bit, windows 7 computer, which i thought might be part of the problem, but I recall having it on my computer earlier and having it work perfectly, but that might have been when I was using windows XP,
I'm not sure but tell me if it compatibility issues with windows 7, or 64 bit.
Tell me if you come up with any solutions or help, that would be great! =)
If you need anymore information I might have skipped over just let me know and I'[ll be sure to give it to you. I just want this silly problem fixed!
