Here's the problem:

Everytime when sim gets a new level in a skill he jumps to another place, usually there where "resetsim" command brings to him. Same time he might be doing something else right away (like swimming) before I even get to see where he went.

I tried to see if the problem was in the mods and I downloaded some mods again.

There shouldn't be any problems with the laptop, because I bought it like 5 days ago and it should run this game well. My fps is usually 50-55 fps.

Everytime the error happens, nraas errortrap gives me a message. I also get a "error file" (xlm) in my sims 3 folder. Are they safe to delete? I got like 10 of them

Please help me, everytime I level up I get thrown to somewhere, it's really annoying. Thanks

Please go through the Game Problem FAQ (http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Sims_3_Game_Problem).

Post your script errors at the NRaas Wiki (http://nraas.wikispaces.com/) (read this: How to Upload (http://nraas.wikispaces.com/How+To+Upload)). That said, you very, very, likely have an out of date XML tuning mod. Take out all of your mods and load up the game. Try to skill something. If your sim doesn't reset, it's a mod.

Okay so I went through all my mods what were up to date (all of them) and what I found out was that when I removed Nraas errortrap, it started working quite normaly, sim doesn't reset anymore, but when cooking and leveling up the food disappears somewhere. But thanks for the tip. I dont know whats wrong with that mod because it's up to date..

Have you removed all your mods? Not just updated them and checked them, but actually cut and pasted them to your desktop, to see if the problem still continues?

There is nothing wrong with ErrorTrap. The reason your sim is resetting is because ErrorTrap is catching the corruption and removing it. You need to remove all of your mods and figure out which one is not working. In fact, I can tell you that it is almost certainly a recipe error that you are experiencing, which means you probably have an out of date mod that affects cooking (recipes/ingredients/or even what's buyable at the grocery/book stores).

FYI, I use ErrorTrap and I don't have that problem.

Yes, I've removed the mods to the desktop too. I already got the problem away with skilling up, but now my game crashes to the desktop sometimes. Are clothes and hairs also considered as mods?

They are CC, which can be broken. They aren't likely to affect skilling, but broken CC can cause crashes.
